Active ingredient:
Dosage: 2 cups daily. Boil one teaspoon of the herbal mixture (approx. 2g) for 3–5 minutes, or pour 250 ml of boiling water over it and let it steep for 10 minutes

Warning: Himalayan herbs should traditionally be boiled for at least 3–5 minutes if one wishes to optimize the body’s mental and physical functions. A decoction prepared in this way has a stronger effect, a mild taste, and a beneficial effect on digestion, which is crucial for the absorption of beneficial Himalayan herbal extracts. Tea consumption is considered part of the daily fluid intake and should be drunk until the desired bodily functions are restored. For a cleansing herbal cure, use the teas for 1–3 months according to the daily dosage indicated on the box. Take a one-week break after finishing each box.
We recommend using a maximum of two types of tea at a time. Multiple types of tea can be alternated on a daily or weekly basis in case of an imbalance in physical or mental health, if one wishes to normalize their general manifestations. Always drink the teas separately, at one-hour intervals. If using for stimulation or strengthening, it is sufficient to steep the herbs. In this case, the teas can be consumed indefinitely. To achieve the optimal effect of the herbal decoction, consume it warm and before meals. The specific taste of each tea is part of its therapeutic effect and corresponds to the six-taste principle of Ayurveda. Therefore, it is not recommended to add any sweeteners.
