Well-suited for the regeneration of pimply, acne-prone, oily skin. It cleanses the skin. For face, body, and hair masks, and for making cosmetics and soap. It richly supplies your skin with iron, magnesium, sulfur, potassium, and calcium, which delay the skin's aging processes. It helps remove toxins even from the deepest pores, while also gently removing dead skin tissue. This mineral mud also improves cellular metabolism and regeneration functions.
Usage instructions: Recommended dosage: 1-50%
For muscle pain:
You can also use Dead Sea mud for joint and muscle pain. Create a paste, add 5 drops of lavender essential oil, 2 drops of rosemary essential oil, and 1 drop of peppermint essential oil. Work with warm water or pre-warmed honey. Make sure it is warm when you apply it, as that is how it exerts its effect best. It should be as warm as your skin can tolerate. Massage the painful area so the essential oils can take effect, whether it is your knee or elbow. Once it has dried, rinse it off with lukewarm water.
The procedure is similar for the face and hair, for which this natural substance can also have a beneficial effect as a mask.
