Detailed product description
One of the main ingredients in today's laundry detergents, once also used for soap making. A general water softener, soaking agent, and degreasing cleaner. It can be used by those with sensitive skin, even in combination with soap nuts or laundry balls. Washing soda (light, powdery) for eco-friendly washing and cleaning. An excellent degreaser and water softener, it is a versatile cleaning agent. Even in small quantities, it effectively tackles greasy stains.
Suggested use: For washing burnt pots and pans: dissolve 1 tbsp of washing soda in 5 liters of hot water.
Soaking: add 1-2 tbsp of washing soda to 5 liters of warm water and soak the clothes for 1-2 hours. For heavily soiled clothes, continue soaking for several hours. For a quick (half-hour) soak, 6-8 tbsp of washing soda is needed.
Washing: you can replace half of your usual laundry detergent dose with washing soda. For rinsing, use vinegar or a NATURALIC natural fabric softener. If washing heavily soiled, stained, or oily clothes, soak them overnight in lukewarm water with washing soda and add sodium percarbonate, more commonly known as stain remover or bleaching salt. You can add fragrance to your laundry with essential oils, laundry perfumes, or fragrance oils. During regular washing with washing soda, the drum of your washing machine may become dull; this can be easily remedied by adding citric acid or more vinegar.
