Dosage: For adults: 5-10 ml (It is recommended to take the 10 ml dose in two separate parts [2×5 ml], morning and evening).
For children (4-10 years): 2.5 ml
It is recommended to be taken 15-20 minutes before meals.
Mix the recommended daily dose in a glass of liquid (fruit juice, tea, water, milk).
Feel free to add flavoring according to your preference if you find the product's natural taste unpleasant.
You can improve the taste and enhance the effects by adding 1-2 drops of lemon juice.
