Our expectorant tea blend, with its carefully selected ingredients, is designed to specifically support the clearing of the airways and the relief of catarrhal symptoms. The combination of Linden flower, Thyme, Mullein flower, White horehound, and Elderflower can help loosen mucus, soothe coughs, and ease breathing. These herbs are traditionally known for their expectorant and cough-suppressant effects.
Ingredients: Linden flower (Tiliae flos), Thyme (Thymi herba), Mullein flower (Verbasci flos), White horehound (Marrubii herba), Elderflower (Sambuci flos)
Dosage: Instructions for use: Pour 2.5 dl of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the mixture, cover, and let it steep for 15 minutes. Daily dose: 2-3 cups throughout the day.
