1 pouch = 1 loaf. No kneading: just mix, shape, and pop it in the oven.

Preparation (based on the pouch)

Pour the contents of the pouch into a bowl.

Add 260 g of lukewarm (~40 °C) water and 60 g of olive oil, then mix with a few quick movements.

Shape into a loaf with wet hands and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C, using top and bottom heating for 60 minutes.

Let it cool on a wire rack, then slice.
