IT's us Mimen Sorghum Bakery Flour Mix 1000 g

Sorghum flour mix in a gluten-, wheat-, dairy-, egg-, soy-, potato-, and corn-free recipe. Why mimen? The ingredients of mimen products are free from all major allergens and do not contain corn. We use valuable raw materials for production, including millet, chickpeas, and tapioca. When developing our recipes, we also strive to exclude other allergens (milk, eggs).

Ingredients: sorghum flour (48%), tapioca starch, psyllium husk fiber, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
