Of all edible mushrooms, the highest amount of protein is contained by none other than the porcini mushroom itself. Our organic dried porcini mushrooms are sourced exclusively from forests where no chemicals have been used. Thanks to this, we can be sure that our dried mushrooms are completely natural and healthy. We preserve their aroma by subjecting the fresh porcini mushrooms to a drying process in our drying chambers.
