The Vitaking Calcium-Magnesium supplement contains 500 mg of calcium and 250 mg of magnesium per tablet. Unfortunately, many people take calcium today without paying attention to magnesium supplementation. The calcium (and other elements) consumed must be in proportion in the diet. This is because one-sided calcium intake primarily causes magnesium deficiency. Therefore, if someone consumes calcium on its own, they should not be surprised if (in the best case) their calf cramps up by morning. These two elements must always be in proportion when supplemented, in such a way that for the calcium consumed, at least half as much magnesium is also consumed (at least!). Their balance should not be upset by the one-sided consumption of several grams of calcium daily.Active ingredient/1 tablet:Calcium 500 mg, magnesium 250 mg

Dosage: 1 tablet daily
