Long-life organic goat milk, with a natural fat content of at least 3.0%, UHT homogenized.
The composition of goat milk is more comparable to human breast milk than to cow's milk. For this reason, it plays a significant role in protecting our immune system. Mothers who have little or no milk of their own are often recommended to use goat milk for feeding.
Although its fat content is higher than that of cow's milk, these fats are much easier to digest and therefore do not strain the body. Fresh, soft cheeses contain less fat than harder ones.
It is an excellent source of protein and calcium, playing a prominent role in the prevention of osteoporosis.
It is rich in minerals, primarily calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, and potassium.
Among vitamins, it contains vitamin A, vitamins B1, B2, and B5, niacin, and also has a significant vitamin D content.
