Detailed product description

Rice is an ancient and popular staple food, the primary source of nutrition for more than half of humanity. Brown rice is not a separate variety; it differs from white rice only in that the nutrient-rich layer (the bran and germ) is left intact during milling.
Usage: Rinse thoroughly before cooking. Cook in 2.5–3 times the amount of water for approximately 40–50 minutes. It can be consumed as a side dish, porridge, or risotto, and can also be used in salads, stuffed or layered dishes, as a soup ingredient, or as a base for desserts.
