In case of acute heartburn, take 1 capsule with plenty of water. RECOMMENDATION! When taking multiple Myrobalan herbal products, it is advisable to leave a 25-30 minute gap between taking the capsules so that the herbal complex of the given product can exert its effect as effectively as possible.
