Suitable as a substitute for cream or sour cream for baking, cooking, and sweets. Excellent for replacing cream in a dairy-free diet, whether it be lactose intolerance, paleo, vegetarian, vegan, or ketogenic. It can also be used for desserts, Asian dishes, and ice creams; it can replace animal-based cream in all areas. Coconut cream is made by pureeing the meat of selected coconuts with water, so all the positive properties of the coconut are contained in this small carton. Its taste is irresistibly aromatic and delicious, and the product reaches you in a completely natural and fresh state. It is easily digestible and a high-energy food. It contains no preservatives or additives; preservation is achieved through UHT sterilization for the highest quality. It can be consumed on its own or used to flavor cakes, desserts, creams, and other dishes; Asian cuisine uses it instead of sour cream and cream. When diluted with water, it can be used to make lactose-free coconut milk, with a recommended mixing ratio of 2 parts coconut cream to 3-4 parts drinking water.
