Active ingredients: In 20 ml of product per day: 15 mg iron (II); 1.6 mg vitamin B1; 1.8 mg vitamin B2; 0.8 mg vitamin B6; 1.2 µg vitamin B12; 16 mg vitamin C
Ingredients: Aqueous extract (54%) of the following plants: carrot root, nettle leaf, spinach leaf, couch grass rhizome, fennel seed, brown algae, hibiscus blossom. Fruit juice concentrate mixture (29.4%): pear, grape, blackcurrant juice, blackberry, cherry, orange, beetroot, carob, drinking water, lemon, apple. Aqueous yeast extract, honey, aqueous rosehip extract with 4% vitamin C content, iron (ferrous gluconate), wheat germ dry extract, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), natural flavorings, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5'-phosphate sodium), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Dosage: For adults and children over 12 years: 2 x 10 ml daily; for children aged 7–11: 3 x 5 ml daily; for children aged 4–6: 2 x 5 ml daily, taken half an hour before meals
