Chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium) is a specialty product from the outskirts of Hang Zhou, China, with a long history of cultivation; the flower's reputation is comparable to that of Chinese Long Jing (Dragon Well) green tea. In ancient China, its consumption was a privilege of the Chinese emperors. When prepared as tea, the flowers offer a particularly beautiful sight.
