Our menopause tea blend, with its carefully selected ingredients, can help alleviate menopausal symptoms and support the maintenance of balance. Red clover, hyssop, lemon balm leaf, common sage leaf, and rosehip pseudo-fruit can work together to help ease discomforts caused by hormonal changes and maintain emotional balance. Red clover, for example, is famous for its supportive effects on female hormones, while lemon balm and rosehip can contribute to managing stress with their calming effects.
Ingredients: Red clover (Trifolii pratensis flos), Hyssop (Hyssopi herba), Lemon balm leaf (Melissae folium), Common sage leaf (Salviae folium), Rosehip pseudo-fruit (Rosae / Cynosbati pseudofructus)
Dosage: Instructions for use: Pour 2.5 dl of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the blend, cover, and let it steep for 15 minutes. Daily dose: 2-3 cups, as a course of treatment for up to 6 weeks.
