Detailed product description

Pasta made from 100% organic wholegrain durum wheat. Perfectly “al dente,” even without pre-cooking.

During production, 10,000 kg of freshly milled wheat is mixed with 3,000 l of water, then dried at 40–50°C after pressing. Thanks to the slow drying process, an even, beautiful pasta shape is guaranteed.
