Lavender essential oil is a plant-based fragrance with medicinal properties known since ancient times. The variety of its healing effects and the versatility of its applications ensure it remains a remarkably important place among essential oils to this day. Its scent is unmistakably calming and refreshing, soothing physical fatigue and invigorating the soul.
Usage suggestion: Add a few drops to a diffuser to scent the room! Create an aroma bath! Mix 5-10 drops of essential oil into a spoonful of vegetable oil or milk and add it to your bathwater. Enjoy how it relaxes you and drives away tension. Create a perfume oil! Add 15-20 drops of essential oil or a custom essential oil blend to 2 tablespoons of jojoba or sweet almond oil. Once prepared, let it sit for 2 weeks until the fragrances have blended well with the base oil. Shake well once a day during this time. To make massage oil, use grapeseed, macadamia, sweet almond, extra virgin olive, or another cold-pressed oil. Add 5-6 drops of essential oil to 3 tablespoons of oil.
