Dosage: 2 capsules daily, preferably in the evening hours, as liver activity is most intense at night (around 2-3 AM). LivR can be taken continuously; there is no need to take breaks periodically. LivR also contains adaptogenic herbs, which only harmonize imbalanced functions without affecting optimally functioning organs. Any deviation in either direction from the recommended amount – as long as it is not excessive and remains within reasonable limits – cannot cause an overdose.
