You can now supplement magnesium in a highly bioavailable form (magnesium bisglycinate) in capsule form! In addition, immediately bioavailable, active-form vitamin B6 (in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate) has been added to provide even more robust support for the nervous system. This product also enables high-dose, intensive magnesium supplementation, as the glycinate form causes no problems even in people with sensitive digestive systems.
Active ingredients: in 2 capsules
Magnesium (from fully reacted magnesium glycinate) 176 mg (NRV* 46%)
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5’-phosphate [P5P]) 2.5 mg (NRV* 179%)
WTN PhytomatrixTM: lantana flower (Lantana Camara) extract, spinach leaf (Spinacia Oleracea) extract, kale leaf (Brassica Oleracea Acephala) extract, artichoke leaf (Cynara Scolymus) extract, okra fruit (Abelmoschus Esculentus) extract 200 mg
Ingredients: magnesium glycinate, gelatin (capsule), lantana flower extract, spinach extract, kale extract, artichoke extract, okra extract, rice extract, L-leucine (amino acid), pyridoxal-5'-phosphate.
Dosage: 2–3 capsules daily. If possible, take 1 capsule during the day with a meal and 1–2 capsules before bedtime
Warning: If you also take a calcium-containing product, be sure to take WTN Magnesium + B6 Complex separately from it at a different time of day! Do not use the product if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of its ingredients! Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied, mixed diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep the product out of the reach of children, in a dry, cool, dark place. It is strongly recommended that you take food supplements separately from coffee. It is advisable to take them at least half an hour before drinking coffee or at least 2 hours after drinking coffee. Taking food supplements with milk-based products is not recommended! If you take several food supplements, consult a specialist about the order in which you should take them to prevent any potential neutralizing effects between the active ingredients.
