Vitaking Organic Magnesium + P5P capsules are an excellent formulation! They contain magnesium bisglycinate and the active form of vitamin B6, pyridoxal-5′-phosphate (P5P). Magnesium bisglycinate is one of the most bioavailable forms of magnesium, which is not only effective but also gentle on the digestive system. Pyridoxal-5′-phosphate (P5P) is the active form of vitamin B6. Each capsule contains 100 mg of elemental magnesium (from 730 mg of organic magnesium bisglycinate) and 11.6 mg of vitamin B6 (from 17 mg of pyridoxal-5′-phosphate).Active ingredients/1 capsule:
Magnesium 150 mg (from 1054 mg of organic magnesium citrate), vitamin B6 6 mg
Ingredients: anhydrous magnesium citrate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, pyridoxine hydrochloride, polyvinyl alcohol
Dosage: 1 capsule daily
