Detailed product description

Cistus leaf tea can alleviate symptoms in cases of viral and bacterial diseases associated with respiratory catarrh, sore throat, coughing, and the common cold, and may increase the body's resistance to illness. It has mild astringent and antiseptic effects.


Preparation suggestion:
Pour 3 dl of hot water over one teaspoon (1.3g) of the dried herb, cover, let stand for 10 minutes, and strain. If desired, sweeten lightly with a sweetener. Consume freshly prepared, 2-3 times daily, preferably 1-2 hours after main meals, sipping slowly. In the case of a course of treatment, it may be used for 7-10 days.
