Ingredients: xylitol, sorbitol, sodium citrate, natural flavors, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), melatonin (0.2%)
Dosage: 1 tablet daily, dissolved in the mouth 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
