Fir honey is a thick, amber-colored honey. It is harvested from the Oiti Mountains National Park, at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level, in the village of Pavliani. Its velvety, sweet taste and aromatic notes highlight the characteristic aftertaste of the Greek forests.
