Merlot grapes are a red wine grape variety known throughout the world and, according to international classification, are one of the major blue grape varieties. An ancient French variety, it most likely originates from Bordeaux. Thanks to its special Demeter (biodynamic) cultivation, it has an exceptionally intense, fruity flavor.
