This sweet rice seasoning from the Mikawa region is Japan's finest mirin. It is made according to a traditional recipe and carefully aged for over two years. Mirin, the secret ingredient of Japanese cuisine, adds depth and balance to stir-fry dishes, marinades, dipping sauces, and noodle soups. It is perfect for seasoning rice and sushi. Mirin provides sweetness and depth of flavor to cooking.
