The product contains all vitamins, minerals, and trace elements in an ideal form, quantity, and ratio, consistent with how they would be obtained through a consistently nutrient-dense, varied diet.

All active ingredients are in naturally occurring forms, a significant portion of which are organic – we considered it important that the daily dose definitely includes the amount found to be effective, but in no way exceeds realistic quantities; that is, the amount that could not be covered by diet alone under any circumstances.

Every form of active ingredient used already possesses excellent absorption, which we have further enhanced with BioPerine®. Furthermore, we have taken care not to mix water-soluble and fat-soluble ingredients, so that they can remain separate in a matrix that ensures their ideal utilization and stability:

Some of the water-soluble (hydrophilic) ingredients are housed in stomach acid-resistant, vegan capsules so that they can pass through the stomach intact, directly to the ideal site for absorption, in the small and then the large intestine. The less delicate ingredients needed in larger quantities have been placed in drink powder and water-based drops.

The fat-soluble (lipophilic) ingredients are housed in an oil capsule, dissolved in GoldenOmega® fish oil concentrate, stabilized with natural tocopherols/tocotrienols and Greek sage extract.

The important vitamin B9 is included exclusively in its active methyl-folate form, which is naturally present in our body, and contains none of the usual folic acid form, which is an unnatural substance capable of accumulating and whose levels correlate with several diseases. It is a shame that it is found in almost every product, even in prenatal vitamins (even if methyl-folate is also present, it is a problem if folic acid is present).

Beyond the usual multivitamin components, it contains large amounts of magnesium, choline, taurine, silicon derived from bamboo, vitamins K1 and K2, as well as natural (TG) form long-chain omega-3 fatty acids (EPA, DPA, DHA) sourced from wild-caught, small fish harvested and produced in an environmentally friendly manner.
