Effective absorption. The beneficial effect of calcium on health is proven; its consumption is recommended in the following cases: it is necessary for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, it contributes to normal blood clotting, and it supports normal muscle function.
Active ingredient/1 serving:
Calcium citrate 2700 mg of which calcium 567 mg
Ingredients: 100% calcium citrate
Dosage: For adults, it is recommended to consume 1-2 servings of calcium citrate powder daily, mixed into water or orange juice. It is slightly soluble in water, so it is recommended to consume immediately while stirring continuously. 1 serving = 2700 mg, which corresponds to approx. 1 level teaspoon. It can be taken regardless of meals, even on an empty stomach, divided into multiple doses throughout the day.
Warning: Not recommended in case of high blood or urine calcium levels, or calcium-containing kidney stones! Oxalic acid (spinach, sorrel, rhubarb) and phytic acid (whole grains) can inhibit calcium absorption; therefore, keep at least a 2-hour interval between the consumption of foods high in oxalic and phytic acid and the calcium citrate powder! This dietary supplement is not a substitute for a balanced, varied, mixed diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep the product out of the reach of children! Do not exceed the recommended daily amount! Do not take the product if you are sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients!
