• Use cyclically! Always apply it where the skin is thin, for example, on the forearm, under the breast, on the lower abdomen, or the inner thigh. In the case of tender breasts, you can also apply it to the breasts. Preferably use it after showering, and do not wash your hands for 10 minutes after applying the cream.
  Before menopause, use as follows: From day 14 of the cycle (ovulation) through day 26, apply 1 dose = 5 pumps of cream. Day 1 of the cycle is the day your period begins; count the days from this point. Brown discharge or spotting does not count as the beginning of menstruation.
  After menopause, when menstruation has stopped: you can start at any time. Use it for two weeks, then take a two-week break.
• Once daily is recommended, but you can increase the dosage if necessary
• When symptoms improve, taper off gradually by reducing the dose each week. During the first week of tapering, apply every other day; during the following week, every third day; then every fourth day, and finally discontinue use.
