• Use cyclically! Always apply it to an area where the skin is thin, such as the forearm, under the breasts, lower abdomen, or inner thighs. If your breasts feel tense, you can also apply it to the breasts. Use it preferably after showering, and do not wash your hands for 10 minutes after applying the cream.
  Before menopause, use as follows: From day 14 of the cycle (ovulation) through day 26, apply 1 dose = 5 pumps of cream. Day 1 of the cycle is the day your period begins; count the days from then. Brown discharge or spotting does not count as the start of menstruation.
  After menopause, when menstruation has ceased: you can start at any time. Use it for two weeks, then take a two-week break.
• Once daily is recommended, but you can increase the dose if necessary
• When symptoms improve, taper off gradually by reducing the dose weekly. During the first week of tapering, apply every other day; the following week, every third day; then every fourth day, and finally discontinue.
