What is raw flower pollen?

Raw flower pollen is a natural, complex food that contains all the micronutrients that play a key role in maintaining our health.

Thanks to its amino acid, vitamin, and mineral content, it is a perfect source of energy for us. Furthermore, it has an important function in the protection and regeneration of the gut flora.

It is recommended to consume raw flower pollen in the morning, but it can sometimes also be taken before main meals. For 100% absorption of all valuable nutrients into our body, it is recommended to dissolve the raw flower pollen in some liquid 20-30 minutes before consumption, such as: lemon water, yogurt, or fresh fruit or vegetable juices. Although the texture of raw flower pollen and dried flower pollen differs, for better effect, it is recommended to dissolve both in liquid.

Storage of raw rosehip pollen:

Must be stored in the freezer at a temperature between -5 °C and -18 °C.

Raw rosehip pollen maintains its quality outside the freezer for 5 days in unopened packaging. After opening, it can be stored in the refrigerator for 10 days without any loss in the effect of its valuable components.

Thanks to the low water content (8-10%) of raw flower pollen, it does not freeze. This allows it to be consumed immediately after taking it out of the freezer.
