What are trace elements?

Unlike minerals, they are found in the human body in very small (trace) amounts. However, their physiological effects are extremely important: they contribute to enzymatic and other chemical processes, the maintenance of hormonal balance and immune functions, and they are even essential for the conversion of provitamins. The body cannot compensate for or replace the deficiency of any single microelement with another.

Taking legal regulations into account, the trace elements used are in the most bioavailable form possible within the complex, ensuring they can immediately fulfill their physiological roles.

Another important consideration for trace elements is that they should not contain oxides, which would burden the body's antioxidant system. We placed great emphasis on this when creating the WTN Trace Element Complex by using fully reacted molecular forms. A fully reacted form means that the final product (e.g., copper bisglycinate) also undergoes a final "purification process," ensuring the end result is guaranteed to be free of oxides and thus of excellent quality.

Some dietary supplement manufacturers often overlook this, even though raw materials most frequently contain oxides as well.

It is advisable to use the WTN Zinc Complex drops alongside the Trace Element Complex, but to ensure proper absorption, it is recommended to apply them separately in time.

In the WTN Trace Element Complex:

• We use iodine extracted from organic kelp, which is an excellently bioavailable, organic, and pure (organic) source of iodine.
• We use chromium derived from chromium yeast, the biological bioavailability of which is about ten times higher than that of inorganic chromium forms.
• The complex does not contain zinc, as it can interfere with copper absorption; therefore, it is worth supplementing zinc separately.
• The phytomatrix is particularly important in the trace element complex. Parsley leaf extract, spinach extract, moringa leaf extract, guava leaf extract, and mustard seed extract are the key components of the phytomatrix; they were included in the capsule specifically to increase the stability and absorption of the microelements, so that the active ingredients are in a form in which they would also be present in nature. We cannot emphasize the importance of the presence of the phytomatrix enough; we believe this is a true breakthrough in creating a truly effective, high-quality product.

Dosage: 

• Recommended amount: 1 capsule daily, preferably between meals, or during a meal if you have a sensitive digestive system.
• If you are also taking a zinc-containing dietary supplement (e.g., Zinc Complex drops), it is important to apply it separately in time (1-2 hours apart)!
• Use as a course: after two- to three-month courses, take a break of 1 (or even more) month(s)!

Warning: Consumption of the dietary supplement does not replace a balanced, varied, mixed diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Keep the preparation out of the reach of children, in a dry, cool, dark place. Not to be used by children. If you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the product ingredients, do not use the product! It is highly recommended to separate the taking of dietary supplements from coffee consumption. It is advisable to take them at least half an hour before drinking coffee or at least 2 hours after drinking coffee. Taking dietary supplements with milk-based products is not recommended! If you are taking multiple dietary supplements, consult a professional about the order in which you should take them so that any potential canceling effect between the active ingredients does not occur. Its use is recommended as a course, unless your doctor or naturopath has advised otherwise.

Can I take/use the products continuously, or should I take a break? For every product, a course-based application is recommended. In most cases, we suggest 2-3 months of use followed by a 1-month break, unless your doctor or naturopath has suggested otherwise. Occasionally, it is important to re-check our vitamin/hormone/mineral, etc. levels with a blood test. It is recommended to check the values regularly every 3-4, but at the latest every 6 months. If the results show it, our doctor or naturopath advises it, and we ourselves feel that we are well, the products can be discontinued. If we see and feel that there is still justification for using the products, by all means, continue.
