Our Calm Lungs tea blend draws its power from carefully selected natural ingredients. Plantain leaf supports respiratory health and relieves airway irritation. Mullein flower contributes to calm breathing and soothes the throat. Marshmallow leaf, also known as Althaea leaf, promotes optimal respiratory function with its anti-inflammatory properties. The combination of Iceland moss and Elecampane root provides additional support in maintaining lung health. The harmonious blend of these ingredients, in the form of a delicious tea, offers a soothing experience for the respiratory system and can help maintain daily well-being.
Ingredients: Plantain leaf (Plantaginis folium), Mullein flower (Verbasci flos), Marshmallow leaf / Althaea leaf (Althaeae folium), Iceland moss (Cetraria lichen), Elecampane root (Helenii rhizoma / Inulae radix)
Dosage: Recommended use: Pour 2.5 dl of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the mixture and let it steep for 15 minutes. Daily dose: 2-3 cups.
