Byodo Mediterranean frying oil is made from 100% organic olive oil, which features pleasant olive notes and high heat resistance – thanks to the special Byo-Protect process. Our tip: The organic Mediterranean frying oil is ideal for frying, grilling, and marinating, and goes particularly well with Mediterranean dishes, such as risotto, fish dishes, or antipasti. Due to its mildly olive taste, it is also an excellent choice for salads if you are looking for a milder alternative to extra virgin olive oil.
