Omega-3 Kids is a high-DHA fish oil specifically designed for children. The renewed version has a pleasant lemon scent. Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) have always been part of the human diet, primarily from marine fish and vegetable oils, yet today they are practically missing from our diet. DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function – the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.Active ingredient/2 gel capsules:
fish oil 1000 mg, of which EPA 200 mg, DHA 300 mg
Ingredients: fish oil, gelatin, glycerin, purified water, natural lemon oil, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate
Dosage: 2 gel capsules daily
