Fish oil contains polyunsaturated fatty acids. EPA and DHA, which belong to the polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids, contribute to the normal function of the heart. In addition, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.
