Clearspring Organic Oolong Tea is grown on the lush hills around Kyoto and Kyushu, areas known for their ideal climate and soil conditions, where Japan's finest teas are produced. Also known as blue tea, it sits halfway between black and green tea. During the production process, the tea is partially fermented and then steamed to preserve a unique balance of rich and soothing flavors, without a bitter aftertaste.
