Ready-to-drink kombucha tea, Captain Kombucha is a delicious, sparkling artisanal beverage from Portugal’s west coast. Each bottle contains the highest-quality organic ingredients and our own fermented Captain Kombucha culture.
Kombucha is made by adding a live culture consisting of a symbiosis of certain yeasts and bacteria to sweetened tea, which then ferments, creating a unique beverage rich in B vitamins, organic acids, amino acids and enzymes, and containing a whole range of live synergistic microorganisms.
Organic, raw and vegan, containing live cultures, gluten-free and lactose-free.
Contains no preservatives.
Not heat-treated.

Ingredients: reverse-osmosis filtered water, cane sugar* (cane sugar transformed during fermentation), kombucha cultures, stevia extract* (water, stevia leaves*), green tea 0.31%*, tea extract*, “Bacillus coagulans”.
