This means organic, high-altitude Arabica from a single farm – the "La Chacra D'dago" Demeter coffee farm. Its hand-picked green coffee beans are refined for an especially long time and with great care in the drum roaster in Hamburg. This is how their special, characteristic – typical Mount Hagen – flavor profile develops: mild, nutty, chocolatey, with a slight sweetness. An exceptional coffee, whether prepared by machine, pour-over, or Chemex.
