"Monti" red pesto is famously known as the "sibling of Genoese pesto." The recipe is made with Italian basil, sunflower seed oil, and premium sun-dried tomatoes. Using sun-dried tomatoes gives it a vibrant red color, making this pesto ideal for pasta, gnocchi, or spread on toasted bread.
Ingredients: sunflower oil, tomato sauce, sun-dried tomatoes (9%), tomato concentrate, Genovese basil (5%), cashews, salt, sugar, Pecorino cheese (sheep's milk, salt, rennet), garlic, antioxidant: ascorbic acid
