Detailed product description

POLCZ Cholent with Smoked Pork Neck 340 g

Traditional cholent with sausage.

Cholent is not just a dish, but a test of patience: its secret lies in the long, slow simmering of white beans and smoked meat. We have saved you that time! Together with the Tóalmási Manufactory, we have created POLCZ’s Hungarian-style cholent, where tradition meets convenience. As soon as you open the jar, you are hit by the mouth-watering aroma of meat smoked over beechwood, and the taste evokes the atmosphere of intimate lunches.

Preparation suggestion: The product can be consumed immediately after heating. Pour the contents of the jar into a pan and heat on the stove, or place it on a plate and heat in the microwave. It is ready to eat after 2 minutes of heating.

No added sugar. Contains only naturally occurring sugars.

Contains no preservatives; therefore, keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 1 day.

Does not require refrigeration when unopened; this is a heat-treated product.

Ingredients: drinking water, white beans 15%, smoked pork neck 12% (boneless pork neck, table salt, natural smoke), onion, brown rice flour, tomato paste, hulled sorghum, spices, coconut oil

Other allergen information: The product was made in a facility that uses peanuts, tree nuts, mustard, soy, celery, and sesame seeds.
