Detailed product description

Based on human trials, it lowers cholesterol levels. In weight loss regimens, it reduces the onset of hunger and regulates fat breakdown. When used as a supplement in diabetic diets, it slows the absorption of sugar, resulting in a decrease in blood glucose levels. Its mucilaginous substances also have anti-inflammatory properties.

mucilaginous substances (arabinoxylan) 400mg
Ingredients: psyllium husk, gelatin, color: titanium dioxide
Dosage: at least 2x2 capsules daily recommended before meals. When consuming, fluid intake must be increased by at least 6 dl above the usual amount!
