Active ingredient:
Dosage: 2-3 cups daily. Boil one teaspoon of the herbal mixture (approx. 2g) for 3–5 minutes, or pour 250 ml of hot water over it and let it steep for 10 minutes
Ingredients: nardostachys jatamansi, centella asiatica, withania somnifera, valeriana officinalis, asparagus racemosus, glycyrrhiza glabra, tinospora cordifolia, zingiber officinale, pueraria lobata
Warning: Herbal dietary supplement. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place below 25°C. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
