Puhdistamo Electrolyte Powder is a holistic, electrolyte-rich, delicious, sugar-free drink that helps maintain the proper level of electrolytes essential for your body. In addition to key electrolytes, it also contains Guérande sea salt, vitamin C, and OptiMSM (organic sulfur), which has joint-protecting, anti-inflammatory, and pain-relieving effects. It is ideal for rehydration after exercise or a sauna session, on a hot summer day, and in any other situation when you are sweating. Our electrolyte powder is also excellent for supporting the increased electrolyte needs of a ketogenic diet. One serving contains only 0.1 g of carbohydrates. What are electrolytes? An electrolyte is a substance that conducts electricity when dissolved in water. Electrolytes are essential for many bodily functions. They regulate nerve and muscle function, hydrate the body, balance blood acidity and pressure, and help rebuild damaged tissues. Muscles and neurons are sometimes called the body's "electric tissues." These rely on the movement of electrolytes through fluids inside, outside, or between cells.
Recommended daily intake: 1 scoop (5g) 1–2 times a day, dissolved in water. Storage: at room temperature, dry and protected from light. Food supplement.
