Mix the yeast with the flour and let the dough rise. Can be used for baking breads and pastries. The contents of the bag (9 g) are sufficient for 500 g of flour. Does not contain emulsifiers.


Ingredients: dried fresh yeast cultivated on a cereal base from controlled organic farming, potato starch.
