Detailed product description

Risolino Rice Noodles 4mm GF 240g

Risolino Gluten-Free Rice Noodles are a high-quality, modern, and incredibly versatile pasta and side-dish alternative that can be perfectly integrated into the daily diet of those living with celiac disease or wheat allergies. The base of the pasta is high-purity rice flour (91.20%), kneaded with a little natural tapioca starch and salt, so it retains its pleasantly firm, non-sticky texture even after cooking. It contains no added artificial additives, coloring agents, or preservatives. Due to its easy digestibility, it is an excellent choice for athletes for pre-workout carbohydrate loading, as well as for lovers of light Asian (Thai, Vietnamese) or healthy Mediterranean dishes.

Preparation instructions:

Bring water to a boil (1 liter of water for 100g of noodles) and add salt.

Place the noodles in the boiling water and cook for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. You can then leave the noodles in the hot water for an additional two minutes.

Drain the hot water. Then rinse thoroughly with running water and let drain.

Add a little vegetable oil, mix well, and serve immediately, or stir-fry in a pan with meat or vegetables, or add to soups.

Store in a dry place, away from materials with strong odors.

Ingredients: rice flour 91.20%, tapioca starch, salt
