Ingredients: rice flour*, water

Syrup production process: The grain is milled into flour. After adding water and non-genetically modified enzymes, it is mixed at a specified temperature. The enzymes break down the long starch molecules into smaller ones. During mechanical filtration, the liquid is separated from the insoluble materials, then the syrup is concentrated by heating, making it ready for packaging. The finished syrup is poured into containers of various sizes.
Use: as a substitute for sugar and honey. For sweetening and preparing biscuits, muesli bars, cakes, sauces, yogurts, soy-based milk and desserts, ice creams, syrups, and drinks.
