Dosage: It is recommended to take 2 capsules daily, at any time of the day, together or separately. If you are also using other Myrobalan herbal complexes, we recommend taking them 25-30 minutes apart so that each has time to take effect. Depending on the severity of the symptoms, the recommended amount can be adjusted in either direction. If necessary, two capsules can be taken at once. rLung.12 can be taken continuously; there is no need to take breaks. rLung.12 also contains adaptogenic herbs, which only harmonize unbalanced functions without affecting optimally functioning organs. For this reason, any deviation from the recommended amount within reasonable limits – not excessive! – cannot cause an overdose.
