Our product is a gluten-free and vegan snack, featuring an inner layer made of buckwheat, known for its excellent physiological properties, containing all 9 essential amino acids, high mineral content, and rich dietary fiber. Unlike the typical puffed rounds on the market that are often only partially coated, our Ropsz&Roll products are uniquely and completely enrobed in a thick, premium 70% cocoa coating that makes up 63% of the product. The main technological innovation is that it contains no added sweeteners, with its sweetness provided exclusively by dates. It fills a significant gap in the retail assortment because it combines a crispy, health-conscious, whole-food base with a compromise-free dessert experience.
