Our Biona Rye Omega 3 bread, made with sourdough and freshly milled wholegrain rye, is wheat-free, high in fibre, and contains no added yeast; it is the perfect choice for a wide range of diets. As golden flaxseed provides a rich source of plant-based omega-3 fatty acids, this bread may help support heart health.
